A six week course on honoring the divine feminine in our yoga practice. Join your host, Jacquelin Molina Guillen as she sits down with a collective of female yoga teachers and asks how we can best nurture the divine feminine in our expression of devotion. Learn ways to cultivate and honor the divine feminine energy within one's own practice, life, embodiment and spirit from six different experts in their own discipline. Each week will explore a range of topics that touch on the importance of the divine feminine in our everyday life and how we can yield this energy to nurture ourselves and our students, strengthen our practice, deepen our understanding of union, and access the full force of this power to make positive change in the world. This course is for teachers and students alike–All are welcome.

Dates and Timing:
Wednesdays via Zoom at 8 AM USA Pacific Time / 5:00 PM Western Europe / 8:30 PM India time (recordings available)
Beginning October 15, 2025 through November 19th, 2025
Course Lessons:
Week 1 (October 15): Shakti in Practice: Appreciating that each being embodies the divine feminine within, this lesson will break down how that is so and how one can nurture this energy within their practice of yoga. From understanding the energy from the subtle body outward to the level of the physical body, learn methods to embody and nurture the power of this energy. Taught by: Yamini Muthanna
Week 2 (October 22): Moon Time Menstruation: Whether you are a person who bleeds, or a teacher guiding those who do, this lesson has beneficial information for everyone. Become familiar with the origins of menstruation as a sacred act of purification through yoga philosophy and how one can nurture rest during their bleed through Ayurvedic principles. Taught by: Mila Eppler
Week 3 (October 29): Ayurvedic Cooking as Ritual: In a fast paced world, the embodiment of divine femininity invites us to slow down and be more present in our daily lives. In its most basic fundamental form, Ayurveda, the sister medicine of yoga, provides us the structures for how to practice slowness and stillness for greater health and wellbeing. In this week's offering we are taught how ayurvedic cooking for women can serve as a daily ritual of stillness to nourish our bodies, mind and soul. Taught by: Sahana Murthy
Week 4 (November 5): Intro to Prenatal Yoga Basics: Whether you are expecting or plan to be, or simply holding space for expecting mothers and birthing bodied people, this class holds crucial lessons for everyone. For this, it is important we learn how to safely guide expecting students so that we honor their practice wherever they are on the journey. While this lesson is not a substitute for a full prenatal yoga training course, it will provide the most basic knowledge and tools to help you feel prepared to guide an expecting student who may wish to participate in your class. Taught by: Ozzie Aziz
Week 5 (November 12): Kali Ma & Sacred (Feminine) Rage: Suppressed or feared and seen so often as a force of destruction rather than a productive energy that moves us to make real change in the face of injustice, sacred [feminine] rage has long been misunderstood. This week we are invited to sit with the transformative energy of sacred rage to learn how we can harness it to affect justice in our lives and the world around us during the turbulent and trying times of the Kali Yuga. Taught by: Sandee Lawless
Week 6 (November 19): Mantras for Ma: Your voice is an expression of your soul, offer something of it to the Goddess. We conclude our time together with a form of bhakti yoga, or devotion, by chanting to the goddesses of yoga philosophy. Understand the healing power of sound and vibration through mantras sung to invoke and embody the goddess within and above. Taught by Julia Scott
