Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a holistic method of self-exploration and self-mastery that confers innumerable physical, psychological, and spiritual benefits upon anyone who makes an earnest effort to practice it. All yoga sequences and techniques can be individualized to accommodate anyone's state of health and/or flexibility. This yoga is for everyone.

My intention is to provide information, inspiration, resources, and connections conducive to creating a world in which yoga is accessible to all people, regardless of geographic, economic, or physiological state.

When I am not wandering the globe, my home base is between California and Oklahoma. I can also be found co-hosting the annual Mysore Yoga Traditions Conference in Mysore, India, every winter, & leading various other international retreats throughout the year. I also curate an online continuing education series with the yogic scholars and philosophers of Mysore, connecting the elders of the Yoga tradition to students around the world.
